I actually bookmarked this site for the next time I go visit my brother. I tend to get lost in Calgary and for the amount my brother moves around, I figure it'll come in handy one day.
This site seems to point you in the right direction for about anything you need. And with all the streets in Calgary named and not numbered, its a must have to travel in the city.
