first impressions

It comes from having a military background.

Those lessons of nearly 30 years ago are hard to forget. Always check appearance before leaving the house! for work this is especially important. shoes still have the shine I gave them last night. Tie is straight, up to cover shirt top button, and long enough to reach waistband of trousers.

Hair, short enough to be neat in all weather conditions, clean and combed daily.
Suit free from stains, fluff and foreign bodies. Creases sharp and singular.

Eyes wide awake and make sure I arrive at least five minutes early.
